There are already manufacturers whose dust-free work shop up to Class 10000.
In the dust-free workshop, the biggest source of bacteria and dust is from the operator under dynamic conditions. Therefore, when the operator enters the dust-free work shop, he should wear clean clothes and remove the dust particles attached to the clothes surface.
3. Pack process control
The protective film is packed usually into a roll. The main concern when packing is the cleanliness, so operators are required to wear finger cots. The pack process are also required to be completed in a dust-free workshop.
Mobile phone protective film looks simple and the process is not complicated, but each link requires more stringent. In general, we must always pay attention to cleanliness and avoid bending and scratching protective film.
